I don’t like to use the word accountable when I’m talking in Portuguese. I try to make the word responsible do that work. But… in system and software design I see the word accountable important to make a point.

Toda vez que você puder, padronize a forma como algo é feito. A padronização estabelece uma maneira como um procedimento deve ser realizado. Isso é importante para quando você sair de férias ou precisar trocar papéis das pessoas da equipe.
Os padrões economizam energia. Muitas pessoas pensam que padronizar trabalho significa acabar com a criatividade.
Pior é alguém achar que um trabalho capaz de ser padronizado é um trabalho criativo.
