I know code quality is 110% important, the ability to read code and how to make easier to the next person working on the code.
But when I think about software delivery I remember a basketball coach I had. He said something like “look at the rim always, attack the basket”. He said that when we were too focused on passing the ball without looking at the basket for a possibility to score.

I believe doing nothing is more difficult than doing anything. Can you take responsibility and do nothing for a day, a week, a month? When I’m saying do nothing, I mean doing just what is already there. Meetings, activities, something you have to deliver.
But when I do nothing, I can see the noise going away. I’m able to start looking at me, about the way I breathe. I start to see some cracks when I look at a specific project.

Make sure you are building win win contracts.
You can’t define what’s going to happen with your life. But you can always define how you will handle a new situation in your life.
Knowing that, every day I stop and think about things I can celebrate and things I need to think/care about. Things I want to get better tomorrow. You can have different questions for a day, but I insist using the same set of questions for a while, so you can get deeper into your thoughts.

The number is 38!
Back in July 19th 2017, I have started an anchor.fm channel.
I’ve first heard of anchor by Gary Vaynerchuk and it was “love at first publish“. 😀
So far (Jan 2nd 2019) I’ve published 38 episodes! I just press Rec and start talking. No edition (sometimes a backtrack). It’s a 100% heart and soul speaking about a specific topic.
I love stories that can remind me where it all started. I remember that about my basketball dreams, the first time I’ve played the piano, first time I wrote some poetry, first time I’ve done a presentation, first time playing drums, first time playing as a band, first company, and I’m thankful for all the people who let me start it.
My 3C’s for life?
Continuous improvement, cause and consciousness. Result? More self awareness.
