Focus on the time available, not time to look at some todo list.
I have focus time every day (3-5 hours per day) and I’m protecting time to reflect (not only to execute). I’m still songdoro driven at some times.
Instead of avoiding meetings, I’m working to have short meetings (15-30mins instead of 60mins) and working more in an asynchronous mode. That is helping a lot. Still need to attend some 60mins meetings.
I’m also writing more and more about my projects and about what I’m learning. This is helping me to drive and understand questions I need to work on.
Focus time is my excuse to create and learn new things.
