I usually go like Yoda’s “do or do not… there’s no try”, but in this case I’m doing a reality check on why I’m not being consistent on things I want to change.
Or even worse… I thought I was going just fine, but I’m not.
Become conscious about reality is a great first step. A second great step is about understanding situation, behavior and impact. Oh yes, SBI structure.
When I’m reviewing a bad situation, I want to understand the behavior I don’t want to see and also understand why I should not do it again.
I try to learn about cues and triggers that I can use to avoid the same outcome, when some situation happens again.
