To document current feelings. We should also talk to people about it. I journal because I need to organize what’s inside.

To share an idea. In this case, make documents “self explanatory documents”. Enable people to share thoughts and questions. Bring people together when needed.

To enable a shared intelligence. To enable continuity. To create a flow where people can learn and share knowledge.

Make it a habit. Make it durable. Make it happen because you can’t avoid writing.
