It is when you choose to be present.

To be present is an intentional decision. You can’t play about it. You should care about it.

It is when you decide to show up. You do a check-in.

It is impossible to force the situation. It will sound fake. It will look fake and you will feel like a fraud.

So make sure you do this when you really mean it.
