I’m not coming back, just to be clear.
And this is the point. We want to move on, but we keep repeating things every day, week, month, year that makes us stay just like we are.
This is not about habits that makes us growth and learn more about ourselves and our craft.
This is different.
Repetition is not good when it happens on things that triggers bad feelings and behavior that we don’t want anymore.
Sometimes we will learn about this on the next day, when journaling.
Sometimes we use repetition as a scape goat.
Or an “I had no choice” moment.
And you blame other people, the system, but never your first move. When you decided to take a nap, when you should really take a long night sleep and recover.
We need to find cues that takes us to a place where we can think about what’s really important. About what really matters. And if you are thinking about a Top 5 things, you should be number 1. You can’t help anybody if you are not taking care of yourself.
Be willing to make choices for your continuity, because you need to go on and shine, and remember to protect yourself from yourself. On Purpose.

P.S.: this post started when I saw the news. It’s already new years in Australia. Every year this happens. Hopefully this is a trainee work every year, so it’s not repetition to every person, but the audience. Repetition also reminds me about an “Information Society” song, that’s why I started the post as I did.
