Living or growing in a natural environment. What’s a natural environment for a team?

When I work with teams and companies I want to take them back to their natural environment. A place where they can get back to the basics and understand why they do what they do.

Most new products or services are looking to change what, how or why something is done. When I’m helping a company to thrive, I’m going into the wild… a context uninhabited.

I bring tranquility into caos.

I do that understanding who inside the team brings different ingredients:

  • Noise or confusion
  • Direction
  • Standards
  • Action

Every person in this process is important. I need people in all different roles. I don’t need the same energy from all of them. A bit of noise can be important to help defining standards. We also need some people, from the strategy and tactics team, to bring direction and a plan. And we also need people who take action. They are very important. They embrace change and make the movement happen.
