Dispair

I seek tranquility, but at times I get dispair.

How to make something out of that?

It’s like the Memento Mori mode… we know this could be our last moment alive… but we are here, still (not sure about me, but if you are reading this, you good đź« ).

It’s all about our available time? Or it’s about how we are measuring our moments? If we are still breathing we could be sort of happy. There’s many different things to care about and consider, I know.

Throughout my life I’m seeking ways to become happier. What I’m finding is that I’m happy when I do my minimal routine (I call it my “at least“). At least I must read 1 page. If I’m enjoying the process, I can read more.

Less dispair, more hope? More presence?
