Sometimes we believe that a world with justice is one where people have everything they “deserve”. That can be something good or bad.
I don’t know what you think, but I don’t get everything I believe I deserve (just good stuff)… and sometimes I don’t even know if I really want it.
It may be just something to look for, not a real destination?
But let me tell you more about this tittle. Well…
I was reading something about love and got into a text related to Soren Kierkegaard. The text says at some point:
For Kierkegaard, our goal should not be to create a world in which everyone gets exactly what they deserve; it is to try to ensure that as many of us as possible get the kindness we need.
The School of Life – Kierkegaard on love
You may also remember a song from The Rolling Stones called “You Can’t Always Get What You Want”. Well, at some point the music goes like:
You can’t always get what you want
The Rolling Stones – You can’t always get what you want
But if you try sometimes, well, you might just find
You get what you need!
Can you focus on you?
What is your truth?
What is inside you?
What sort of kindness you can bring to your community?
