Stillness. Do you have it?
I believe it can start with finding peace. Even if you have a noisy life. There are moments where we can find peace.
After some peace, we can look for stillness.
I find stillness when I’m journaling, usually in the first hour after I wake up. I try to avoid social media and anything that can move me away from myself. I can find stillness when I’m reading… also when I’m playing the drums or training basketball by myself.
One can create stillness simply by breathing. This way we can find our path to stillness anytime.
Stillness is a state. It can be created.
