Have you set something you have to do? Do it.
Are you thinking about something you need to do? Nothing is actually happening. And maybe you are becoming anxious about it. Write down what you need to remember, and drop that thought.
But in whatever case, do not underestimate your schedule.
That’s it. Make sure you respect your needs. Like, if you feel you need to sleep, make sure your schedule addresses that. Same happens for deadlines and other things you need to give attention to.
