I think about grit as long term commitment to something. I see grit as having joy to the effort being done.
It’s not about repetition. It’s about real life experiences, changing pace, structure, complexity and so on.
And all that with rhythm. That’s where grace comes in.
I commit to my practice. I see my practice as a process and I seek progress every day.
As I practice I’m able to deliver grace. Elegance.
I can understand more about fundamentals. I can understand why I do what I do.
I learn faster because I’m focus and commited to what’s happening right now. It’s not about aspirational ou motivational quotes. Just plain reality.

Extra: grit and grace is a term I saw on Colin Kaepernick’s series on netflix.
