I’m sure we need to start with a reason, but we also need options.
I like to think I have options. At least two or three.
If I have more options, even better.
The hard part is taking responsibility for the choice.
It’s not about what was available at the moment.
Not doing something should be an option. The “I had no choice” cannot be a choice.
Do it on purpose, if you are planning on doing something.
Move away from autopilot. We need consciousness and tranquility.
That’s when we will start to change.
Add practice to your process and you’ll be on your way.
