Make sure you are building win win contracts.
Make sure your customer understand how you are helping and the value you are delivering.
How do you manage risk, looking for project budget. Do you look for a fixed price, even not understanding what you really need? If you are the person delivering the project, do you ask for extra money? Someone is going to lose this game, right?
