“What we’ve got here is (a) failure to communicate”.

From the agile manifesto, we have this:

“Individuals and interactions over processes and tools”

So what? Say what again! 🙂

Well, the thing is that effective communication is what we want in a team. Active communication. Don’t wait someone ask you about what you are doing. If you have issues, say it! Ask for help, improve yourself. Create ways to share knowledge about what the team is doing.

Better than that? Pair more. Pairing can always help to promote knowledge creation inside the team. Remember this piece from the movie, and also from the song.
