Is it a feeling or something measurable?
I feel I need to get better at shooting three pointers when I’m playing basketball.
Ok, feeling. Now, find ways to measure what’s happening.
I play basketball and I’ve shot three pointers during games. Check this: 53% during training and 20% on a real competition. Ok, real stats. Really weak! I’m not training correctly. The difficult I’m facing during training is not the same as game mode.
This is just an example, a real true and sad life example.
I do need to get better.
But I think it is better to understand this using real metrics and not only a feeling.
It’s more than a feeling.
I can understand where I am. And now I can find ways to get better.
