Or maybe a question: how do one person can self renew, to keep doing what needs to be done?
I’m writing and sometimes I don’t want to talk about my day. No way I’m talking about that bugging me. Sometimes I do, but sometimes the subject is still in resolution mode inside me. Can’t talk about it without a set of mixed feelings. There are no conclusions.
I was thinking about ways to reset or using this word I like a lot, renew.
I want to keep doing my stuff, but my energy got drained along the day. Meditation? Listening to a song I love? Reading some motivational words?
Or this: just do what’s need to be done. And go to sleep.
