Sometimes things changes a lot, but most of the time, it’s the same thing, just a little bit different.

You can switch jobs, but you will keep having good and bad colleagues. Some systems and process may differ but mostly is the same thing. What changes? Projects, things we learn, skills we develop and deliver during work time.

I can play a thousand basketball games. They are all different, although I will use the same fundamentals in all games. I expect to learn something from my choices and my behavior.

I think we are always learning something even when things look like the same.

Life is sort of repeatable but not a repetition.
