Cubicle

For some reason managers believe it’s ok to have people in their own space. With the less amount of interaction possible.

But the same people believe that remote work, where people are working in their own space, will not work.

Interactions will happen on purpose. Focus time is available.

There’s an issue.

Trust and responsibility must be developed more than control.

The cubicle was never the problem.
