Easy to say.
In the end, it’s about our minds and how we confront what’s happening now.
And I’m not talking about missing someone we love or something related to love. Please feel what you need to feel.
But if we are talking about projects and tasks that are not going the way we expect, there must be another way to continue. Suffering cannot be an option.
Think about what can be done to solve the problem now and also to avoid in the future. Something like:
- Now: You can solve the problem on your own?
- Now: Do you need help? What sort of skill would help you now?
- Future: After the problem is solved, can can you learn from the process? What’s in there to feel about it?
- Future: What can you do less, to avoid the problem in a next opportunity?
No suffering is not the best thing. We are not robots. Make sure you are able to feel what do you need to feel. But also understand that sometimes we need to solve the problem first.
