It’s not that I want to restart. I think most of the things I’m doing I should keep doing. But there are some parts “not in place“. But they used to be here.

So I’m going for a reload. I want a mix of content, innovation, questions and connections.

Content, daily in blog and books. Also, 2 or 3 times a week in video. Check! Continue.

Innovation, running side projects and interacting with other people running projects, through mentoring activities. Check! But do a bit more.

Questions, they are actually my driver, as new projects happen when I make questions about something. Check! Make them turn into projects.

Connections. Check! Where are you? 😂🫠 I’m looking for more quick meetings, coffee meetings, lunch breaks. Those are ways to connect with people close to me, create new events and make sure my networks are alive. Same thing for newsletters and other forms to interact with people around my work and around projects I’m related.

Let’s see how this goes. A new quarter is coming up. I’m going to use three months to understand where I want to be.
