We can look at temperance and a bunch of other words than can express that at some point, we need to get a hold of ourselves. In the end, all I want is one thing: tranquility.
Anger management. Euphoria management. Temperance would be a good answer not to become numb, but to understand we can reflect on what we do and how we do it.
By doing that, we can understand when we went too far or when we were short in action.
I say we need to do things ON PURPOSE, meaning we need to be conscious about what we do.

P.S.: Yes, “tame the tempers” is something from Severance. The right amount of sad, anxiety, rage and joy, according to the series, is needed to define who we are.
