I would say it’s a concept that grows together as we grow up.

During childhood, when your parents found out you were out there doing dumb shit.

During adult life, when you start finding yourself within all the noise around.

It’s not exactly a moment of silence, but it is for sure a moment of presence. It’s not loneliness, it’s about wholeness.
