Not sure if this is about sleeping well or just use awaken time wisely.
Maybe both.
Although even having a good night of sleep may not bring me to a place where I’m awake. I’m not sleeping, but am I conscious about where I am and what I’m doing?
To be awake takes more than just waking up.
Get your principles, limits, restrictions and move on. Or not move at all. Just make sure you are able to make progress on your objectives.
