The act to create time to do new stuff.

It’s not easy to create time.

First we need to eliminate things that are blockers to what is priority. Less TV, less games? Less long working hours?

Then we can automate tasks we have or even chamge/drop products or services we use because they are not that useful to help us achieve what we want.

Finally we will have some sort of time. How are you going to use your new time?

You add something from yout lifestyle design. A new hobby, habit, need, you name it.

And, from time to time, repeat this process.
