The moment for self awareness

I’m focused on how we learn more about ourselves. Not on how people see us, externally. At least not in this post.

Do you understand, just a little bit, about how do you function?

Being self aware is about understanding how do we work and function when we are playing the roles we put energy on: parenthood, work, sports, friendship and any other type of structure we need to manage and take care.

I write daily about the day before. I think about things that happened and try to figure out what’s in for me. What can I learn from my latest experiences? What can I let go, that will not add anything or even worse, will hurt my life?

Together with this process, I want to understand more about my principles and values being applied in real life. Understand what can I do better. Understand more about my emotional stability and the way I’m able to understand what’s in place. Am I able to feel life? Can I put into words?

This is all happening as I try to become more and more self aware about me and my feelings and my process.
