How do you manage time specifically for yourself?
It’s not about being selfish.
It’s about finding space to be with yourself. And care about the time and space created for this.
Alone, in silence. Alone, but together with what really matters. Ourselves.
Care about your journey and your process. Then you can start looking out for others.
Drink water, and sleep the amount of hours you need to sleep. Build your daily schedule around this. Yes, around the time you need to rest.
