I used to be the person that was always busy. Nowadays I have a lazy mode moment. It can last 20minutes or a whole day.
It involves breathing, and doing “nothing”. It’s a deliberate way to rest and create more energy.
The process is not related to be and live in silence.
It’s about finding ways to create consciousness.
