It’s not like you can’t have plans or think about the future.

But really… what are the questions fully available to you now?

Because there are lots of questions where it does not matter if you want to think about them. You simply don’t have the information needed to reflect or take some sort of decision. The situation not ready to take a next step.

In those cases I have a “situation check” list. I use that as a “postpone decision manager“. It helps me to clear my mind, and understand that during an amount of time, I will not look after a specific topic.
