In my opinion, let it be and let it go are not exactly decisions… they are more like choices you don’t care about anymore.
I’m not the best person I can be every single time. It takes context and understanding of what happened til that moment.
I have a choice. Or more than one available at each moment.
I’m not perfect, but I won’t get better unless I’m capable of reasoning about what happens and how can I respond to it.
Some weeks are heavier than others. Context matters.
But I understand that I’m possible when I’m present.
Usually I need to breathe or at least get back to my core. What’s really important to me? I can also go into fight or flight mode… but I’m getting more and more clues that this kind of decision is not helpful to me.
I need to be present.
