No matter what happens, I will always be with me.
Mornings could be sad, but they start in silence. In my experience, that’s where the problem starts. Can you remain in silence?
Can you stay only with yourself? I used to be someone who was always doing something. I could not stop for doing nothing. Even sleeping was seen as something useless.
Good thing is that we get older and we can understand what’s really important in life. Chances are:
- Some people will choose to be busy all the time. They need to achieve things. Can be sports related, or business related.
- Some people will choose to become travelers. They work and they do whatever they need to do… but in the end, they want to pack and go somewhere. Some people make this a lifestyle, working remotely and living all over the world.
- Some people will become more spiritual. They will look for a “higher ground“. This is not exactly related to religion but in a way to seek for this process or life where we express ourselves for something bigger.
- Some people will become slower. They will seek for meaning and will start doing less things. They can do a lot sometimes, but that’s because they are searching for less. We can always do less.
I’m in a move to become slower in everything I do. That’s not doing exactly less. It’s about understanding that priority is really a singular word, with no plural.

P.S.: Always with me, always with you, is a great theme from Joe Satriani.
