Criticism is something impossible to avoid. Trust me.

If it’s your mission, if it’s something you feel the need to do… who are these people that tell you not to do?

I think of all the blockers who grew up attached to me (so far):

  • Don’t go that way.
  • You will fail.
  • You didn’t do more than your duty.
  • Do it as I’ve done before.
  • You haven’t done enough.
  • You suck, your audio is not good!
  • You took too long to send the message. Make shorter videos!
  • Person X is much more successful than you. Do more like that person!
  • I’m saying this to you because I don’t want you to get hurt.
  • It’s all good… you just need to make some money out of it.
  • Why are you giving this for free?
  • Why do you think you can charge for that?
  • You are doing badly in life because you are too nice, people don’t value you.

Most of those blockers are inside my head. And I know we need to get over and master our inner game. Most of the time I’m judging when I should be doing (or dancing).

When I publish my thoughts here, I’m part saying “omfg here we go” and I’m also saying “idgaf about what you think“.

I can control the publish part. My action. The impact, the outcome… not in my control. And that’s about most of the things we do in life.
