There’s no try, but there is a not yet.

Do you remember Yoda?

Do or do not. There’s no try.

Yoda

I totally agree on that… but if I fail or miss something while doing it… I see myself in a “not yet” mode. Let me expand this.

I live in this mode when I’m learning something related to computer programming. Or when I’m drumming. Or when I’m training shooting the basketball, learning some drill.

At the moment of “oh, what a bummer“, I’m organizing my body and mind. We are working our cognition, we are getting the “I know kungfu” moment from Neo (Matrix movie).

Sometimes I need to stop and continue a few hours later or even on the next day. And it feels like my brain was practicing this new thing during the time I was “off”.

When we connect with a challenge we have all the patience needed to get to the point where we are able to be successful.

What challenges you at this moment?
