At least in peace. That should be the minimum possible place for our minds to be.
Make sure to be where you are. Presence is more important than anything. Well, breathing is more important… but you get the idea.
Make sure you are able to listen to what’s happening in real life.
Find questions that can set you in the ground, as you look forward. Journaling can always help to document this process.
