But it has to be in an active way. Sometimes we learn by accident or even by some reaction.
The World Economic Forum published a top 5 regarding “Global Top 5 skills of 2025“.
The second one is: Active learning and learning strategies.
How do you learn? What is your strategy? Do you read, do you write? Do you practice? How do you practice?
I believe this is a real skills to understand and excel, mostly because according to The Future of Jobs Report 2020 by The World Economic Forum:
- by 2025, 50% of all employees will need reskilling.
- 40% of current workers’ core skills are expected to change in the next 5 years (by 2025).
One word is here to stay: movement. So, move yourself.
