Some people say we need to get out of our comfort zone.

I want to amplify mine.

I choose to grow my consciousness. My presence. My practice. I need to feel safe, looking at the environment I’m in, but I don’t need certainty. I can flow without understanding next steps, if they are unknown.

Choose to grow came from a reflection reading Derek Sivers book “Hell Yeah or No. Inside chapter “Whatever scares you, go do it“, there’s a quote from Abraham Maslow: “Life is an ongoing process of choosing between safety (out of fear and need for defense) and risk (for the sake of progress and growth). Make the growth choice a dozen times a day.”
